Project Overview
The project was envisioned as a low-density residential development, offering exclusivity and enhanced livability compared to larger apartment complexes. With only four units, the design ensures privacy, reduced congestion, and a more personalized living experience for residents.
A key design objective was to achieve a balance between modern architectural expression and practical usability. Each apartment was carefully planned with well-defined living, dining, and private areas, ensuring smooth internal circulation and minimal space wastage.
Given the constraints of a smaller site in a developed neighborhood, the project addressed challenges related to efficient land utilization and structural planning. This was achieved through optimized layout design and a well-structured framework that maximized usable floor area while maintaining stability and compliance with building regulations.
From a construction standpoint, emphasis was placed on quality, durability, and long-term performance, including:
RCC structural framework designed for strength and longevity
Durable building materials and finishes suited for residential use
Efficient integration of electrical and plumbing systems
Clean, modern architectural detailing, enhancing visual appeal
The development also incorporates essential residential infrastructure such as parking provisions and organized circulation spaces, ensuring convenience and ease of access for residents.
