Coastal Paradise

The project was envisioned as a gated bungalow community, catering to residents seeking independent living within a secure and well-planned neighborhood. The development balances the exclusivity of individual homes with the advantages of shared recreational and social infrastructure. Each bungalow was designed with a focus on generous spatial planning, natural light, and ventilation, ensuring comfortable and luxurious living. The layouts incorporate well-defined zones for living, dining, and private areas, along with provisions for outdoor spaces, enhancing the overall residential experience. A key challenge in the project was managing the large-scale site planning for multiple independent units while maintaining uniformity in design and efficient infrastructure distribution. This was addressed through a cohesive master plan that ensured: Organized internal road networks and circulation Optimal plot orientation for light and airflow Clear zoning between private and common areas The 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse serves as the central social hub of the community, designed to support recreational and gathering activities. Its integration within the layout enhances the sense of community while maintaining the privacy of individual homes. From a construction perspective, the project emphasizes: Robust RCC structural systems for durability and safety High-quality materials and finishes aligned with premium residential standards Efficient infrastructure planning, including water supply, drainage, and electrical systems Consistent architectural language across all units for a cohesive visual identity The development reflects a comprehensive approach to residential planning, combining independent living, community interaction, and long-term usability.
